📦 Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • Properly sealed (if applicable)
    • In original packaging

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • All food items (Achar, Masala, Sharbat, Murabba, etc.)
  • Customized or special orders
  • Discounted/sale items

🚚 Return Process

To request a return, contact us:

Once approved, we will guide you with the return process.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection
  • Refund method:
    • EasyPaisa / JazzCash / Bank Transfer
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

❌ Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Report within 24–48 hours
  • Share clear photo/video proof
  • You will receive:
    • Replacement OR full refund

🚫 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled

📍 Return Shipping

  • Customer will pay return shipping charges
  • If the mistake is from our side, we will cover the cost
